Keep development decisions connected

A coordinated range shares a visual language while each product retains its own functional specification.

01

Fabric brief

Set fibre mix, weight, stretch, finish, colour and performance need.

02

Fit block

Approve measurements, grading, movement allowance and size tolerance.

03

Decoration

Match print, embroidery, transfer, labels and trims to the fabric.

04

Production control

Use shade, measurement and workmanship checks by size and colour.

Plan a commercially coherent range

Start with the buyer, sport and sales channel. Define which products are core, which variants earn volume and which colours or trims connect the collection. Shared artwork and packaging rules can improve consistency, but the product specification must still reflect the function of each item.

Before production, approve samples, size or dimension schedules, colour references, branding methods, labels and pack contents. Record destination-market testing and claims separately so evidence is ready before artwork is printed.
