What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
MOQ depends on the product and the level of customisation. We work with startup brands as well as established distributors — small pilot runs are possible on many items, and per-unit pricing improves with volume. Share your target quantity and we’ll confirm the exact MOQ for your product.
How long does sampling take?
Custom samples are typically produced within 1–3 weeks once specifications and artwork are confirmed, depending on the product’s complexity. We share progress photos along the way.
What is the production lead time?
Most production runs ship within 3–6 weeks of sample approval, depending on quantity and current capacity. A confirmed timeline is included with your quotation.
Which materials do you work with?
Genuine cowhide leather, microfiber leather, PU leather, and technical synthetics — along with a range of foam and padding systems including multi-layer, injection-molded (IMF), and gel-enhanced constructions.
Can you apply our logo and branding?
Yes. We offer screen printing, embroidery, embossing, debossing, moulded rubber patches, woven labels, and full-colour sublimation for apparel. Your gear carries your brand only — this is full private-label production.
Do you offer custom packaging?
Yes — from simple poly bags and export cartons to fully custom branded retail boxes and premium packaging with inserts.
Where do you ship?
Worldwide. We regularly export to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Europe, the Middle East, and Australia, by air freight, sea freight, or door-to-door courier — with export documentation handled by our team.
What are your payment terms?
Terms are agreed per order — typically a deposit to begin production with the balance before shipment. Exact terms are confirmed in your quotation.
How do you control quality?
Incoming materials are checked before cutting, stitching is inspected in-line during production, and every batch passes a final quality inspection covering construction, finishing, and durability before packing.
